Pressing instructions
1. Press the logo on the garment for 10 seconds at 300 degrees (F)
2. Peel film hot (sometimes with polyester you have to let it cool for 5-10 seconds)
3. Press again with finishing sheet for 5 seconds.(Finishing sheet optional. If you have a heat press with a top upper Teflon cover then it’s not needed)
